Description:
271182 SKP 271.1 Special plastering work OKS (Lot 2, 3rd floor - 9th floor).
Stud walls with single and double stud frame, facing shells, shaft walls and wall cladding. Paneling mainly with 2 layers of hard plasterboard, occasionally with plasterboard. In rooms used for medical purposes, where necessaryig, with radiation protection.
Shaft insulation. prefabricated glazing elements. Suspended gypsum board ceilings/acoustic ceilings.
Main quantities:
Planking surfaces (walls, facing shells, cladding) approx. 17,390 m2.
Shaft insulation approx. 1,830 m2.
Ready-to-use glazing elements approx. 8 pieces
Gypsum board ceilings/acoustic ceilings approx.460 m2.
The execution of the work will be tendered in two separate lots in order to avoid deadline bottlenecks. The companies are free to offer both lots. Necessary resources must be available.
