Description:
The order includes the overall revision of the Hitzkirch local planning with a focus on spatial development concept, implementation of the cantonal planning and building law (in particular the introduction of the development digit) and settlement development. In addition, the development management plan should revised and, if necessary, an overall mobility concept and a open space concept are created. Furthermore, the integration of the local planning in Altwis must be carried out into the Hitzkirch local planning. Additional orders are possible if necessary, for example for project -related planning, the parallel to Gesamtrevision abgewickelt werden.

The mandate includes the overall revision of the Hitzkirch spatial planning instruments, focussing on the spatial development concept ("Raumentwicklungskonzept"), implementation of the cantonal planning and building law (in particular the introduction of the footprint ratio ( "Ueberbauungsziffer")) and inward settlement development. In addition, the plan for infrastructure provision ("Erschliessungsrichtplan") is to be revised, as required a mobility concept and/or landscape concept. The Altwis spatial plan is also to be integrated into the Hitzkirch spatial plan as part of the overall re-vision.
