The Clinic for Imaging Diagnostics of the Vetsuisse Faculty of Zurich plans to procure a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) to archive the image material of the various clinics and institutes on Zi (central computer science) server at the University of Zurich.
TheIn this specification, the name "Pacs" means a system consisting of: migration of the data from the previous PACS (approx. 180,000 studies of the past 10 years), communication, with integrated findings and speech recognition (currently in use: nuance dmsk), image distribution, web -based portal for referenceand owner, extended image processing, service/support and installation/training.
