As part of the operating of its current Proconcept ERP system and its workflow Moovapps application, Transn needs a maintenance and support system, to guarantee the lasting use of its applications.
Transn therefore wishes to call on suppliers for execution support and maintenance services relating to applications and for services that include the development of regular applications updates, as well as additional developments in order to meet the needs of Transn.
Proconcept ERP maintenance and level support 2
This batch includes corrective, preventive and adaptive maintenance of the Proconcept ERP, the support for source code, developments and developments relating to the source code.
Maintenance Oracle database and Level 1 ERP PROCONCEPT
This lot includes maintenance of the base of Oracle data and the ERP PROCONCEPT ERP, except for source code support.
Migration / Maintenance MOOVAPPS application and Levels 1 and 2 support support
This batch includes migration to the SQL or equivalent database, corrective, preventive and adaptive maintenance of the application. This batch also includes support for the application.
