- This call for tenders calls for photography services, video and b-roll production, animation creation, 3D content, and special effects, editing, calibration, and post-production.
Photography
Bidders will be required to undertake the following tasks:
• Making contact and discussions with the principal (definition of needs) in
a delay of one working day following the EPFL service request
• Presentation of a quote based on the mandate defined by the principal
• Preparation of the shoot (including location scouting and supply
material adequate among others)
• Conducting the photography session according to various typologies, between
others:
o Scientific photojournalism
o Individual or group photographic portrait
o Street photography (dynamic): conferences, ceremony
degrees, professor appointments, etc.
o Photography of architecture
• Selection of photographs and digital work
• Management of detailed photo captions, transmission of images or
download from the tool indicated by EPFL
• Revision of the project after feedback from the client
• Final delivery in formats previously defined between the principal and the
agent
Video and b-roll production
Bidders will be required to undertake the following tasks:
• Contact and discussion with the principal within one working day
following the service request from EPFL
