- The market put into competition relates to planning (from phase 32), the procedures with a view to obtaining the building permission and the total company of the Espace Family building in the Avanchet, according to two contractual tranches:
1. A firm edge: the project development until the enforceable building permit
2. A conditional tranche: the work to carry out the building in accordance with the building permit requirements
Agents who have developed the project until the end of phase 31 must be taken up by ET, Depending on the contractual conditions taken up in the tender documents.
The realization credit has already been validated by the various political bodies of the city of Vernier.
The target cost of the city of Vernier is 29,000,000.- TTC for all of the two slices.
