- Project 25733 - Zurichstrasse Uster plant pipeline construction (anergy, water, electric and gas) Plant line construction work on Zürichstrasse in Uster to ensure security of supply (focus on energy, water, electricity). Main services: * Line construction: Simultaneous laying of anergy (2 lines), water supply and EW pipe block at a distance of approx. 160 m. * House connections: Renewal and new construction of connections (Anergie, WV) for the properties at Zürichstrasse 12 and Poststrasse 18/20. * Road construction 1: Structural improvement of the median strip (approx. 27 m²) to allow heavy traffic to pass over it as well as repair of surfaces and finishes. * Road construction 2: Restoration of the factory management trenches after completion of the work including surfacing work (support, binder and top layer); Scope approx. 270 tons of covering. * Auxiliary work: Local excavation work for gas inliner renovations, shaft structures and hydrants. General conditions: * Dates: Fixed construction time of max. 12 weeks (60 working days). Planned start of construction between April 20 and May 4, 2026. * Traffic/Logistics: Working with individual lanes completely closed in stages. High demands on traffic management and ensuring commercial deliveries (Migros/Illuster).
