- WIPO is launching a tender process to select a company to provide maintenance services for its landscaping, located in and around its buildings in Geneva, Switzerland. WIPO hereby invites your company to submit an offer in response to Call for Proposals (RFP) No. PMS-26-01859-RFP. The selected company will be offered a contract, as described in the Draft Contract (Annex 3), and based on the WIPO General Conditions applicable to contracts for the supply of goods and services (Appendix 2). The applicable deadlines are as follows: - Date of mandatory site visit: May 12, 2026 at 10:30 a.m. (CEST) - Date of submission of questions: May 18, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (CEST) - Submission date for Bids: June 2, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. (CEST)To enable your company to submit a bid, please read the instructions in the WIPO eSourcing User Manual for Suppliers, as well as the documents attached to the RFP in the system.
