Description:
The objective of this request for information (RFI) is to obtain information on the market for a possible future acquisition of an extensive information gateway service (API) and passenger files ( PNR). This bridge is a data entry service relating to passengers and the crew of airlines on behalf of the Swiss Confederation. The solution sought must provide value -added services in addition to the transmission of data proper in predefined and usual data formats in the branch. Examples of such services are the connection and disconnection of airlines for the transmission of gateway data, assistance to users as well as monitoring the quality of air passenger data and monitoring of quality or content differences . It is also a question of showing the possible collaboration with the services involved of the DFJP (State Secretariat for Migration SEM, Federal Office of the Fedpol Police, CSI-DFJP IT service center) as well as possible solutions for setting Work of requirements.
