IN FRENCHThe United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for a call for tenders that it intends to launch for the preventive and curative maintenance of the various hydraulic disconnectors and pressure reducers of the Palais des Nations and its annexes in Geneva (Switzerland). Maintenance services preventive and curative will concern forty-five (45) pieces of equipment, including disconnectors and pressure reducers, brands including SOCLA, WATTS, NUSSBAUM, CLA-VAL and AVB, installed at the Palais des Nations. Fixed-rate preventive maintenance Fixed-rate preventive maintenance consists of to carry out, once (1) a year, a complete overhaul of each disconnector, pressure reducer and associated equipment. This service aims in particular to check the good working condition, the tightness, the integrity of the various components as well as the general conformity of the equipment.Maintenance flat-rate curative maintenance The purpose of flat-rate curative maintenance is to ensure the repair and restoration of normal operation of disconnectors and hydraulic equipment presenting an anomaly or malfunction.
