ENGLISHPrime location next to the United Nations - Geneva The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) is seeking to rent out a plot of land, hereinafter referred to as "Les Feuillantines", which is located outside the Palais des Nations site, along Avenue de la Paix and Route de Ferney. Les Feuillantinesis composed of three (3) plots of land, referenced 2005, 2079 and 2080 and comprised the following:- Land : 17,421 sqm (mostly in Green Zone no construction allowed)- Building A Villa : 270 sqm- Building B Porter's Lodge: 43 sqmThe two (2) buildings were built in 1888 and acquired by the Leagueon Nations in 1937. The United Nations subsequently became the landlord. The Villa was used as office space until April 2024. It is composed of an underground space for technical support and storage, and three floors for office space use. This RFI aims to enable UNOG and the market to engage indiscussions on the future use of this plot, as well as to explore possibilities regarding the potential use of this land and its buildings.As it stands, UNOG would have the following requirements:1. Any future lease agreement should be in line with the work of international organizations, includingthe United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Alternatively, community-interest and public-utility projects are encouraged. 2.
