- Order/service description The BLS is looking for providers for the purchase, delivery and maintenance of new company vehicles with the defined accessories within the period specified in the framework agreement. The vehicles should be as reliable, crash-proof and sustainable as possible. The design is adapted to the respective intended use and specific environment. The aim is to support work efficiency and ergonomics. Further details can be found in document 3.1 specifications. Loose * A total of 9 lots can be used according to document 3.1 Specifications, Section 3 or according to documents Lot 1 to 9 Lot x_3.x.x Sample vehicle xxx.xlsx are offered. * Providers must offer at least 4 lots. Providers who offer fewer than 4 lots will be directly excluded. * Those advertised Services per lot offered must be offered. * The lots are evaluated and awarded independently of each other. * Total offers are not permitted. Number of surcharges * A maximum of two (2) awards will be made per lot in accordance with Art. 32 Para. 2 BöB. * A maximum of 18 awards will be made in total. * Vendors may receive awards for multiple lots. * Framework contracts will be concluded with the successful tender recipients once the awards have become legally binding. Mini-tender procedures and calls The calls for the Specific needs are carried out using the mini-tender procedure (see Art. 25 Para. 5 BöB).
