Description:
The LUKS is looking for providers who want to conclude a framework contract for the procurement of Endpoint Devices with the LUKS and a SLA for the existing and for the components procured by the framework contract.
The core of the framework contract is a living product portfolio thatRequirements of the LUK and which during the term of the framework contract is continuously supplemented and renewed by the service provider in consultation with the LUKS (therefore "alive"). Based on the framework contract, the service provider continuously delivers devices to the LUKS and thus providesthe stock of the devices required there.
With the present tender, the provider submits an offer based on the framework contract for the delivery of a virtual but realistic shopping cart on Endpoint Devices and the associated SLA.
That with the service providerSLA to be locked up includes all activities from procurement to the right delivery of the devices procured via the framework contract, the repair services for the existing and available devices and their life cycling, the SPOC, the regular service checkas well as advice as required, e.g. when performing POCs.
