Description:
With the present advertisement, providers are sought who conclude a framework contract for the procurement of sustainable printers and MFP and optionally from zebra label printers, as well as a SLA for the services around the devices procured via the framework contract want.
The framework contract to be concluded with the surveyor has a term of 5 years and can be extended twice by 2 years if the life cycles of the devices can be extended accordingly. At the time of the conclusion of the contract, the LUKS decides whether the devices by Buy, can be obtained by rental/purchase or rent.
With your offer, the provider submits extensive solution concepts for the structure, operation and safety for the printers and MFP at all main and subordinates of the LUK, with roll-out until June 30, 2026.
That with the service provider SLA to be locked up includes all activities from acceptance, labeling and inventory to the right delivery and commissioning of the devices procured via the framework contract, the on-site support, repair services, the proactive maintenance, the Special maintenance of the important devices and the SPOC. Optionally, the SLA also includes the existing label printers and all associated activities.
