Description: The PMSCF laboratory of the Medical Faculty intends to purchase a high -resolution, extremely sensitive and fast -scanning tandem mass spectrometer, which uses the induced ion flow of protein components that are previously separated by NLC, to achieve a complete prototic analysis, even if only a few nanograms or sub -Nanogram protein extract is available. In addition to the mass spectrometric part, the system should be delivered with the following additives (keywords):
• A nano electrical spray source
• An ultra high pressure nano flow gradient pump
• All devices and software that are needed to calibrate the mass spectrometer and tune
• Complete control software
• A height -adjustable table for the chromatography system
• Commercial data evaluation software
