Description:
The municipality is registered in the land register as owner of the plot Article 1201 in Sorens. The total surface of the plot is 21,078 m2, but the plot surface taken into account for the present DDP intended for construction is 2,635 m2. The balance of the plot isOccupied by the EMS building under construction and by the forest which remains under the influence of the municipality.
The project consists of 26 dwellings including 25 of 2.5 and 3.5 so -called "protected" pieces, therefore adapted to elderly or people with reduced or disabled mobility according to the requirementsSIA 500 standard, with one or two bedrooms.
