- The procedure concerns the award of a contract to a multidisciplinary contractor group consisting of a civil engineer (leader), an architect and the TGA (heating, ventilation, plumbing and electrical) engineers specializing in building technology. The project concerns exchange the technical test hall in two phases and the creation of a partially underground parking lot, including some renovation work in the basement of the technical hall, which will be retained. The determining order sum is CHF 7,454,920 plus VAT (Construction Cost Code 1, 2 and 4). The execution is foreseen in the traditional manner, but with reservations regarding the execution of the work by a general contractor in phase 52.
