Description:
SECO is inviting interested parties to submit bids as implementing agency for the “Swiss Program on Capacities for Trade Policies - Phase II”. The Program aims to strengthen governments- capacities in trade policy in developing and least developed countries to contribute to economic development and increased economic resilience. This goal will be achieved by equipping trade-policy makers of beneficiary countries with the necessary knowledge, trade information, negotiating skills, analytical methods and networking capabilities to devise, negotiate and implement an effective and conducive trade-policy to their country-s economy. This tender covers the continuation of the first phase of the Program which ends in June 2026, with an emphasis on Switzerland/EFTA-s Free Trade Agreements negotiating agenda and LDCs.
