Description:
The Canton of Zurich Building Directorate, represented by the Building Construction Office, is organizing a tender on behalf of Opernhaus Zurich AG for the award of overall architectural services (planning and construction management services according to SIA102) for those preserving value Measures at the opera house and its other properties associated with the theater business. A framework agreement will be concluded for overall management over five years. A planning office with a high level of expertise is used to implement the value-preserving measures Architectural, structural and organizational competence and proven experience in dealing with repair measures and conversions in a monument preservation context are sought. The contractors can respond flexibly to different requests react and have the appropriate human resources. They are able to plan and implement a wide range of structural measures in a cost-conscious and appropriate manner and understand the objectives and requirements of the opera house implemented adequately.
