- The purpose of this call for tenders is to define and specify the requirements relating to the exploitation and continuous maintenance of the technical facilities of the World Meteorological Organization (OMM), which must be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days per year. It is in particular to guarantee the reliability, safety and proper functioning of all technical systems within the building. The present tender relates to the provision of qualified personnel and resources to support the technical management unit of the building, responsible for supervising these installations and to solve operating problems. It also relates to support for the registration unit, and more particularly to the management of mail services in order to ensure effective treatment of all correspondence. The global objective is to set up a Complete services system which guarantees the harmonious and uninterrupted functioning of the technical infrastructure of the OMM and the related services.
