- IN FRENCH:The United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG) wishes to receive expressions of interest for an Invitation to Tender (RFP) which it intends to launch for the provision of external resources for the audiovisual and conference techniques, for the United Nations Office at Geneva (UNOG), Switzerland. The main services requested include, but are not limited to, the provision of competent, qualified and qualified conference operators and audiovisual technicians. trained, in compliance with operational, safety and quality requirements, according to UN standards. A mandatory on-site visit will take place at the Palais des Nations. The date will be communicated when the Call for Tender is launched. The aim is to establish a contract for an initial period of three (3) years with one (1) option to extend for a period of two (2) years, subject to satisfactory execution of the contract by the Contractor and the availability of UNOG budgets, i.e. five (5) years maximum. Please note that this Call for Expression of Interest (CEI) does not constitute a solicitation. Only vendors deemed qualified by UNOG to provide the required services will be invited to participate.All answers will be treated strictly confidentially.
