The Cantonal IT Service (SCI) as well as other services of the State of Valais must strengthen their internal teams or business project teams by renting occasionally, in the form of rental of services within the meaning of the Federal Law on employment services and rental of services (LSE), the services of qualified external IT resources in the areas of projects and architecture, products and processes, and application development.
