Description:
The Group on Earth Observations (GEO) Secretariat and the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) is looking for a reputable and capable company ("the Contractor") to undertake an Investment Case study that will determine the social and economic return of financial contributions to the GEO Trust Fund. The results will enable GEO to present a compelling business case to governments and the private sector for increased financing of the GEO Secretariat and its high return on investment (ROI) programmes.The Contractor shall:• Apply rigorous cost-benefit, ROI, and scenario-modelling techniques;• Co-create the logic model with donors and partners;• Deliver communication-ready products (executive brief, pitch deck, infographics).The Contractor shall develop a donor-ready Investment Case that quantifies and communicates the socio-economic value generated by financing of the GEO Trust Fund, thereby justifying contributions from governments, the private sector, and philanthropic donors.
