- The International Organization for Migration (IOM) is implementing the LandLedger project, an innovative initiative focused on securing and safeguarding land and property rights in displacement-prone contexts. The project, currently at the pilot stage, requires external consultancy support to facilitateits transition to the scaling phase. IOM seeks a qualified consultancy to conduct a comprehensive Transition to Scale Assessment. This consultancy will review project activities from its inception in October 2023 through the completion of data collection on 10 April 2025. The purpose is to evaluatethe project's potential to scale and provide strategic recommendations aligning with the Norwegian Humanitarian Innovation Programme's criteria for awarding scale-up grants (to be provided byIOM).
