- Public call for tenders as part of GRAFOUS (School supplies purchasing group) for the acquisition of school brushes GRAFOUS, i.e. the school supplies purchasing group, is a non-profit association, within the meaning of articles 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code, which aims in particular to group together cantonal purchases of school equipment and supplies in order to obtain the best possible financial conditions and thus protect public funds, while integrating into wherever possible the principles of sustainable development. Within this association, the cantons of Geneva, Fribourg, Vaud and Neuchâtel are seeking to acquire brushes for their schools. Due to the delegation made by GRAFOUS and by the participating cantons, the Joint Purchasing Center of the canton of Geneva is responsible for launching and conducting this public call for tenders procedure, to find one or more bidder(s) capable of supplying the various brushes requested and to deliver them directly to each participating canton (only one address per canton, see specifications in appendix 1, Canton delivery address specifications tab).
