Description:
The work consists of redeveloping the Ancien-Stand district in Lausanne. The buildings on the site, located on DDPs, are currently being renovated. The City of Lausanne, represented by the parks and estates service (Spadom), wishes to take advantage of the work on buildings to also renovate exterior fittings which are obsolete and less relevant to today-s social needs. The architectural census of the Canton of Vaud gave the site a *2* rating. This welcomes elsewhere, numerous activities in operation throughout the duration of the construction site (EMS, school, daycare, APEMS, sports hall, swimming pool, paddling pool, post office, etc.), as well as numerous accommodations.
