- This submission is looking for a provider who can sell used Microsoft Office 2024 LTSC Standard licenses to IDW for city-wide use (4000 licenses). These Microsoft licenses are for the use of Microsoft Office programs, such as MS Outlook, MS Word etc. required by the users of the city of Winterthur. The scope of services includes in particular: * All 4000 licenses can be delivered by June 1, 2026 * No retail or OEM versions (Retail/FPP) * Used Volume licenses for the use of KMS (Key Management Service) * Volume license packages that are as large as possible * Initial marketing in the EU/EEA: The software must originally have been marketed in the European Economic Area with the consent of Microsoft be. * Deactivation by the previous owner: There must be confirmation that the previous owner deleted his copies. * Disclosure of the chain: The sellers provide documentation stating who the original buyer was and that the License was acquired for an unlimited period. * Use of LTSC versions: The providers offer Office LTSC (Long-Term Servicing Channel) versions. This means that they do not need a cloud account per user and the SW is stable via standard distribution tools (such as MECM) distributed. * Right to re-imaging: Volume licenses allow you to create a uniform installation image for all PCs.
