PWA.T4 Tender documents for electrical, low-voltage installations (construction cost plan BKP 236) Zurich Airport's infrastructure is undergoing a gradual renewal process. In the last 15 years, various parts of the central Airport infrastructure has been extensively renovated and expanded: Dock B was completely rebuilt, Terminal 2 was completely renovated and expanded, and the new security control building with centralized access to the airside was built between Terminals 1 and 2 Center created. The central baggage sorting system north of Terminal 1 is currently being expanded and the airport-wide baggage sorting system is being replaced and renewed. In the next step, the aging parts of the central airport building must be Infrastructure needs to be replaced: Dock A, together with the tower, was put into operation in 1985 and its structure has remained largely unchanged to this day. In terms of functionality, sustainability and quality, the Dock A cannot meet today's requirements fulfill more. Based on a comprehensive analysis, it was decided to replace the existing Dock A with a new building north of the current building. The replacement building for Dock A, the new tower and the extensively renovated apron to Dock A with everything Further adjustments, expansions and conversions of the central airport infrastructure are the most important structural measures of the next 15 to 20 years.
