- The Armasuisse obtains external QRM services for the top projects of the VBS on behalf of the GS-VBS. The top projects of the VBS must have quality and risk management (QRM). The QRM for the top projects of the VBS will therefore be in the future by specialized, external service providers provided. The external service providers must be able to carry out the tasks of the neutral QRM including any in-depth analyzes in a assigned top project independently with direct reporting to the respective client and also to other target groups.
