Description:
Bettlach train station conversion Biel-Mett train station conversion Demolition and new construction of 150 m long platforms that are BehiG compatible, as well as the necessary accesses. Special work as well as painting, metalworking and marking work are also carried out. The Pieterlen train station does not meet the requirements of the Disability Equality Act (BehiG) and must be adjusted accordingly. As part of this project, the access to the train and the platform system are to be modernized and according to today's requirements can be adapted. The project goals and measures in Individuals are: − New construction of the outdoor platform system with a usable length of 160m, and Upward compatibility to a usable length of 235m; − Platform elevation to P55; − Construction of a new one Passenger underpass including entrances; − Adaptation of the track system to the new external platform system (length profile); − Adapt the contact line system to the new outdoor platform system, incl. Ensuring upward compatibility; − Adjustments to the station environment due to New construction of a passenger underpass and demolition of technical building RL01; − Any possible use of synergies for necessary conservation measures Systems e.g. replacement of technical building RL01 with a new technical cabin. The Biel-Mett train station does not correspond to this Requirements of the Disability Equality Act (BehiG) and must be adjusted accordingly.
