- With this tender, the city of Lucerne grants the license for the implementation and operation of public charging stations in the city's own parking spaces. For the already defined locations (see document C description and Specifications of the locations), the city of Lucerne is implementing the basic infrastructure and network development (expansion level C2 according to SIA 2060). The procurement and installation of the charging stations (expansion level D according to SIA 2060) as well as the entire operation taken over by the concessionaire. Installation and operation (maintenance, billing, customer service, customer identification, etc.) must be offered by the providers as a complete service from a single source. The bidders are allowed to carry out the work Bring in subcontractors. The providers pay the city of Lucerne a concession fee for the use of the parking spaces and the use of the basic infrastructure and network development financed by the city of Lucerne.
