Description:
1.1. Introduction
The municipality of Wiedlisbach is located in the Oberaargau administration of the canton of Bern and operates a primary school system. After the condition analysis has been completed, the primary school house was closed in May 2023 for ordinary school operations. According to recognized renovation needs and more necessary School space expansion, due to increasing number of students, have been developed corresponding variant studies. On the basis, the construction project was developed as part of a workshop process accompanied by the KDP and ISOS in 2024.
1.2. Objects
The project includes the renovation of the Protection of monument conservation (K-object) Primary school building from 1873 and an independently placed extension. The existing building is static and energetically re -enhanced and technically renewed. The expansion is being built as a three -storey new building in wood construction (EG+OG). The buildings are located on Bielstrasse in 4537 Wiedlisbach, GBBl No. 699/42. The buildings must correspond to the legally specified framework conditions for school buildings and should offer a future -oriented, attractive school infrastructure.
