- Refurbishment and renovation of the Helvetia company building (BGB) in Vicosoprano. The EWZ office location in the Bergell is in need of renovation and is to be subjected to a large -cyclical repair. In this context, in addition to the implementation of the necessary renovation measures, the office space expanded and the upper floors are expanded into apartments.
As part of the present tender, a general planner will be taken over Overall management, specialist planning and construction management according to the specification, primarily for the SIA phases 3-5. The services are based on the described Functions and tasks of SIA 102, including overall management, SIA 103, SIA 108 - Order for services of the specialist planners, building physics, as well as further for the implementation of the task required for specialist planners and specialists. The overall management can either be from the Architect or Discipline Tree management can be provided. A separate overall management is not accepted.
