Description:
With its central location in the Zurich main station, the cross-station is a significant development and intersection hub for the public traffic of one of the largest Swiss rail traffic nodes. Taking into account monument conservation aspects for this ensemble of over -cantonal importance, defective wire glasses are replaced by new ones, the corrosion protection of all steel components is renewed and fall fuses installed on the roof surfaces. The roof area is converted into a lighter roof structure.
