Description:
General / tasks
Protection room components, which are 40 years and older, do not meet the minimum requirements for the protection of the people more. You must therefore be renewed. The data basis as to whether a shelter must be renewed is the survey of the periodic Shelter control (PSK). The tendering and awarding of the protection room renewal is carried out by the political community, the costs based on Art. 62, Paragraph 3 of the Confederation and Civil Protection Act of the Confederation (SR; 520.1) from the cantonally managed special financing "replacement contributions for shelter buildings financed.
The entire renewal takes place by an contractor, no sub -orders are given.
Order
Replacement of the ventilation components (VA with filter, UeV / ESV, seals), as well as the conversion of Larger shelters, which were built according to the technical instructions on the shelter construction in 1966, as part of a TWE project.
Only components may be used, which are checked and approved by BABs (List Labor Spiez, Babs registration office).
