At the Birsfelden power plant (KWB) of Kraftwerke Birsfelden AG, the fish passage aids (fish ascent and descent) must be renovated due to the requirements of the Water Protection Act. The client expressly reserves the right to provide engineering services for the next ones Project phases 4-6 according to the SIA are freely available and without a new invitation to tender from the planner Recipient of the tender, under the same conditions of the planning contract, partial phases 32/33 awarded. The client also reserves the right to re-tender any follow-up orders.
