- Due to aging damage to the asphalt concrete seal, extensive renovation work is required at the compensation basin in Pradella in order to ensure the functionality of the basin until the end of the concession in 2074. The object of the renovation is the basin embankments with an area of around 13,500m2. The pool bottom is in very good condition and will not be renovated.
The planned work involves a complete renewal of the sealing package. As part of this work, it is also necessary to establish the connections to the edge of the pool, to the bottom of the pool and to the existing structures to redesign.
It is also planned to pave the entire top of the dam with asphalt.
