The Weiermattbruecke was created in 1969 in connection with the expansion of the Fraumatt road network in Liestal and connects the Fraumatt and Weiermatt residential construction zones. In the course of the 8th main inspection and the subsequent static review, various defects and damage werenoted. For this reason, Schmidt + Partner Bauingenieure AG was commissioned by the city of Liestal to create a concept of measures to repair the bridge. The Weiermattbruecke considered is a bridge for motorized traffic according to SIA 261 Chapter 10. A change in useis not intended.Bridge railing
