Description:
With this tender, the contracting authority intends to procure a replacement for the existing KVM matrix system in the network control center at the headquarters of CKW AG. The CKW network control center works in shifts and carries out a wide variety of tasks for both organizational units within your own business area as well as for other areas of the company. To fulfill these tasks, more than 30 different applications and control systems as well as office applications are used. These applications are operated either via dedicated servers and clients in the Operational Technology (OT) or in Information Technology (IT).
The work contract includes the planning, delivery and commissioning of a new KVM matrix system at the main location at a redundant replacement location. The contract also includes various options, such as the integration of a video wall, the expansion of workstations and the extension of the maintenance and support contract.
The maintenance and support contract regulates the maintenance of the KVM matrix system over a period of five years of operation.
