On behalf of the International Telecommunications Union ("ITU"), we are pleased to invite your business to submit an offer for the replacement of ITU Popov rooms in Geneva, in accordance with the specifications in appendix IV. To allow you to prepare andSubmit a technical and financial offer ("offer"), you will find the following annexes attached to this letter of invitation:- Appendix I: Submitting instructions- Annex II-A: Certificates to be provided- Annex II-B: Declaration to be signed- Annex II-C; Intelligence form- Annex II-D: References of similar projects- Annex II-E: PRICE Submission- Annex III: General conditions applicable to ITU contracts- Annex IV: specifications Note that a compulsory visit and site elimination is scheduled for Tuesday, April 1, 2025 at 9:30 am (timefrom Geneva). The offers received after the date and time of submission (Monday April 22, 2025 at 3:00 p.m.) will be rejected. Participation in this call for tenders means an acceptance, without reservation, of the general conditions applicable to the contracts of the UIT joined in the appendixIII.
