- The scope of delivery of the tender for “replacement locking system” includes: Phase 1 - Basic offer Phase 1 includes the complete implementation in all operational properties as well as in the power plants (KW) and substations (UW). See DocD1 Geographical overview of Repower. The scope of services in phase 1 includes in particular: • Project planning, system recording and development of the detailed concept • Delivery of all components required for the locking and administration system (Online, Stand-alone, mechatronic) including software • Assembly inspection for the purpose of work preparation (approx. 3 days), assembly, installation and Commissioning of all components in company properties, KW and UW • Ensuring operations and Access security throughout Implementation time • Performing all necessary testing, integrations and proof of functionality • Training of operator and administration roles • Handover of the documentation and acceptance of the entire system for phase 1 The Conversion takes place during ongoing operation. The contractor ensures that access security is guaranteed at all times. Phase 2 (Option) - Optional expansion service Phase 2 includes the transformer stations and distribution cabins in accordance with Section 7.4 (options) These services are optional and can be accessed separately by the client if required.
