Migration data
We want the tenderer to offer us a solution to migrate the data present on the old network storage which will be replaced by its solution. The offer for this service must be separated from the main offer concerning the equipment. This service may be carried out either by the tenderer directly, or by a subcontractor. In the event that a subcontractor has this service, it must be therefore specified in the offer.
Maintenance of 5 years
The offer will offer a five -year maintenance and support contract offering at least the Replacement of defective documents and assistance in diagnosis and troubleshooting. The price of the support will be indicated separately from the storage solution.
