Madam, sir, on behalf of the International Telecommunications Union ("ITU"), we are pleased to invite your business to submit an offer for the replacement of partitions in the tower and Montbillant buildings, in accordance with the specifications in appendix IV. PleaseNote that a compulsory site visit is scheduled for Friday April 25, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (Geneva time). The deadline for receiving offers by the IUT is set for Friday, May 16, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. (Geneva time). The offers received after the date and time of submission will berejected. Participation in this invitation to submission, or "call for tenders", means an acceptance of the general conditions applicable to the contracts of the attached to appendix III. Any reserve or proposal for modification to this appendix must be indicated in your offer and will beReview before the conclusion of a possible contract. We ask you to confirm that you have had access to all the documents of the tender and that you intend or not to submit an offer by turning the form of Annex I-A.
