The city of Zug intends to replace the existing tank fire engine (internal name Kolin 5) in 2026 in accordance with the multi-year and investment planning with a similar, modern vehicle that meets the requirements in the coming years to the vehicle fleet of the Volunteer Fire Department of the City of Zug (FFZ).
The contractor/supplier of the previous vehicle is in the present proceedings approved. There is no prior consultation.
The replacement procurement is subject to the approval of the 2026 budget by the Greater Municipal Council of the City of Zug (GGR).
