- Madam, Sir, On behalf of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU), we are pleased to invite your company to submit an offer for the replacement services of street lamps in ITU buildings, in accordance with the Specifications charges in Annex IV. To enable you to prepare and submit a technical and financial offer (Offer), you will find the following annexes attached to this letter of invitation: - Annex I: Instructions to Bidders - Annex II-A: Certifications to be provided - Annex II-B: Declaration to sign - Annex II-C: Information form - Annex II-D: References of similar projects - Annex II-E: Price submission - Annex II-F: Comments on the ITU General Conditions - Annex III: General Conditions Applicable to ITU Contracts - Annex IV: Specifications The deadline for receipt of Offers by the ITU is Friday, March 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (CET). Offers received after the submission deadline will be rejected. Participation in this Call for Tenders signifies acceptance of the General Conditions applicable to ITU contracts attached in Annex III. Any reservation or proposed modification to this annex must be indicated in your Offer and will be reviewed before entering into a possible contract.
