Requalification of open spaces in the Battelle Tambourine district (Carouge), project and implementation Battelle-Tambourine (Carouge) is a mixed neighborhood bringing together around 2,000 residents as well as 1,500 students who attend daily on the Battelle Campus (HEG, HES/SO, UNIGE). Public spaces left unfinished during the construction of residential buildings in the early 2000s gave rise to strong social demand and ten years of negotiations for the revision of the Localized Neighborhood Plan. The Project Manager wishes to appoint, at the end of this call for tenders, a multidisciplinary team to support it in the finalization of the studies, the call for tenders for works and the realization of the developments of the public spaces in the Battelle-Tambourine district. The procedure adopted by the Project Owner is a selective procedure. At the participation request stage, teams will have to demonstrate skills: ● Landscape architecture ● Engineering civil The offices will form a consortium. The mandate is managed by the landscape architect for phases SIA 32 to 33. The civil engineer will assume the role of pilot for phases SIA 41 to 53.
