The selected Bidder will provide expertise, technical support, and consultative guidance, as further described in Annex I - Terms of Reference.To enable you to prepare and submit a Proposal, please find enclosed the following Annexes:Annex I: Terms of ReferenceAnnex II: Technical Evaluation Criteria (for reference only)Annex III: Financial Matrix Annex IV: Instructions to BiddersAnnex IV-A: Certificates to be submitted by the BidderAnnex IV-B: Bidder-s Declaration Form and Non-Disclosure AgreementAnnex IV-C: Bidder-s Information FormAnnex IV-D: Bidder-s Recent ReferencesAnnex IV-E: ITU General Conditions of Contract for the Provision of Services and GoodsAnnex IV-F: Comments to the ITU General ConditionsProposals must be submitted by the deadline of Wednesday, 1 April 2026 at 14:00 (Geneva Time). Late Proposals shall be rejected. You may submit a Proposal to the ITU provided that your organization is qualified, able and willing to deliver the goods and services specified in this RFP.
