Dear Madam, Sir, The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) invites your company to submit an offer (Quotation) for the services described in Annex I (TOR). The following documents are hereto attached: Annex I - Terms of Reference Annex II - Price Form Annex III - ITU Supplier Registration FormAnnex IV - ITU General Terms and ConditionsAnnex V - Declaration Form Annex VI - Non-Disclosure Agreement Information to Bidders:1. By replying to this Request for Quotation the Bidder accepts ITU General terms and conditions of contract. 2. This invitation is not to be construed in any way as a proposal to contract your Company.3. Bidders are requested to hold their offers valid for 90 days from the closing date of the RFQ.4. Offers should preferably be in Swiss Francs. If submitted in another currency, ITU will convert using the prevailing UN exchange rate.5. Payment will be made to the supplier within 30 days from receipt by ITU of all deliverables mentioned in the TOR. No advance payment will be required.6. ITU will not be responsible for any bank service charges.7. ITU reserves the right to accept the whole or part of your offer. 8. Hand-written, incomplete offers or offers which do not comply with any or our tender conditions will not be considered.9. The ITU reserves the right to publish certain information of the Contract, including Goods and/or Services procured, value, date, and name and country of the Contractor.
