- The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to undertake research, and support coordination and advocacy goals related to the “Education+ initiative” coordinated by UNAIDS. The full-time consultant will provide the Education Plus Initiative secretariat with critical support across its ongoing work, to respond to multiple demands and tasks such as:1. Support organization of high-level events and advocacy engagements across all aspects of their delivery and play a lead role in day-to-day coordination (e.g., drafting correspondence, invitations, supporting invitees, coordinating design of products and translations, etc.) as well as pre- and post-event dissemination and supporting communications plans.2. Lead the tracking of related developments concerning the Action Coalitions launched at the Generation Equality Forum, including proactively assisting in identifying opportunities for engagements for high-impact advocacy (i.e., in panels); reporting and preparation of briefs for senior management and staff; and providing feedback on communications products including social media for the...
