Roughly speaking, it is about the provision of services related to the ICT base infrastructure and innovative digitization services such as the support of implementing robotic solutions. We are looking for an ICT service partner company (ICT-SP), which ICT infrastructure,Can provide platforms with services and standard tools. Likewise, the ICT-SP as a help desk should be able to cover the 1st level support for standard tools after operating times. The help desk service is to be shown as an option. The decision on the possible outsourcing of the 1st level support (Helpdesk)takes place as part of the implementation project. This service is therefore optionally offered.
